If you want to eat at Subway in Osnabrück, you should NOT go to this branch. It doesn't matter what time you serve here, you ALWAYS have to wait forever. Even if only one person is standing in front of you. The staff here prefer to disappear into the warehouse and are not particularly committed to the matter. I usually don't write reviews here, but you should avoid this branch.

We were there right now ... The shop has only just opened ... But the floor of the shop was mega dirty and after we left our seat, the table wasn't even cleaned, but other guests sat on it. .. I find it very hard .... But in my opinion that also explains why you cannot use the toilets from the location if you fail to clean the tables .... I recently had the "pleasure" of dining on this subway. The sandwich itself was just as you know it. Unfortunately, the staff was relatively unfriendly (I felt like I was bothering me) and the cleanliness in the shop left a lot to be desired. Of course it can happen that a small spider sneaks in, but as many as there were there, that's a bit great. As far as the hygiene concept is concerned, they are certainly trying to create a safe environment BUT: leaving my personal data on a piece of paper in a bowl that is accessible to everyone at the counter is not possible! When I put my note there, I was able to read at least three other pieces of paper, there must have been 50 in the container! There is still a lot of room for improvement here.

This branch should be closed. Infinitely long waiting time, extremely unfriendly staff and the sub is topped with 3 lettuce leaves. You can't sell something like that to a customer. Anyone who has expertise in this area should know that.

Fine experience

The food was fresh and really tasty. Once you have found your way around and know what you want, you will get your money's worth. I have had different experiences with the staff. Sometimes good, sometimes less good. The waiting period seemed pretty long to me. The decor is a little worn and not very modern. But because the result is right and really delicious, I come back occasionally.

The sandwiches were delicious but the clerk could have been friendlier. He was probably annoyed and stressed.

The classic subway sandwich is a great type of fast-food that is not to unhealthy. This specific store is located ideally set back on a major street. The establishment is clean. During busy time there was practically all the time someone cleaning floor, tables and everything from the prevalent crumbs, that comes from the sandwiches. The preparation is quick but with upmost care and respect for all the wishes of the customer. In short it is a great location for a quick bite - significantly better than the burger chains also available around there.

Overall: B This meal was not a standout, but for a Ruby Tuesday type restaurant the expectations were not high. They are quick, attentive, and quick to correct their own mistakes. Service: A Our Veggie Burger and Pesto Pizza Strips  were shared for lunch. The burger was nothing special, it tasted as though it came from the freezer section at the grocery store. The Pesto Pizza Strips were delicious (I considered hoarding it all for myself). It is a small plate meal and feeds one a light and satisfying lunch. The pesto was creamy and drizzled over the top the pizza and the cheese/marinara/pesto proportions were perfect. I would order this again. Food: Pesto=A, Burger= C The restaurant decor is reminiscant of the 50s and is place that families with small children or meeting the grandparents is appropriate. Other age groups were represented but on a much smaller scale. The space between tables and the aisles could be made wider. Ambiance: B Cleanliness: Acceptable, A

It's a good place for eat out.

It's way bigger than the usual Subways. Very friendly staff and the food is good. It feels a little ... Strange. But the overall experience was good.

The girl that was in the bar doing the sandwiches gave me everything I loved this place. Also becuase it is the that remains open almost everyday.
